In 2009, M.E.M.O. established an Electronic Vocational School in Qui Nhon, Vietnam to broaden the future of impoverished Vietnamese citizens. People who are too poor to gain an education and a decent job can acquire the necessary skills for one of these jobs and raise their families out of poverty.
