Flight to Vietnam (7/11 - 7/12) || Calvin Ma

Well today is the day we fly off to Vietnam!!! The day started with me packing my luggage and all the things I needed for Vietnam! Packing went smooth as this is my 3rd time going.

Riding with Mathew to the Ontario airport at 8:30 pm which was a little late as call time was at 8, everything seemed surprisingly smooth and everyone was able to check in. BOD of course were the last ones to check in due to having to package boxes last minute. Though i was a little weary of flying on Starlux airlines for the first time, the whole process was very fast and smooth boarding the plane.

On the plane i was pleased to see such a new aircraft. From saying ni hao and she she to the flight attendees, to the amenities provided the whole flight was great. Starlux provided sandals which shown below i enjoyed very much. I took some pics with other 16gers in the vicinity and was ready to take off. I cannot say much else from the flight as I knocked out from about 1 am to 11am on the plane so the flight didn’t really feel like a 13 hour flight to me. Food was alright and it was overall a fun experience flying off and getting to know people while traveling to Vietnam.
